Latex coatings are also used and applied in a similar
way as that of epoxy, with the only difference that a primer coat is applied to
the floor before applying the finish coat. Latex coating provides resistance to
the floor from many substances and damage from weather conditions.
Polyurethane coatings provides superior high gloss
finish than the other two and also protects the floor from damages and weather.
Similar to latex primer is applied first and then polyurethane coat. It’s
expensive than epoxy and latex coatings.
